Hello,
Internal gateway has option only for sending out emails.
You can send mail through the internal gateway, but you can't receive.
Has the customer ticked "lock and send mails automatically "?
If not, then they have to choose Operat
Customer would like to send emails only. Operations>>Send Email does not work, email is not put into the queue, Operations>>history does not have an entry "queued".
