Decimal places in value fields in documents

Hi, I have a customer who is experiencing the problem below.

- Every now and then, all documents with value fields are being printed with 7 decimal places. A restart of the service seems to resolve it.

Has anyone experienced this? and if so, do you know the cause and if there is a fix? I have no idea how to report.

Hi Sanjay,

as it was already suggested by other partners:
"restarting was solving the issue as well as updating/saving Round Off setting in System module."
"Changing the rounding setting to anything else and then back to the previous seems to be also fixing it (to avoid restart)"

and I will try to find out internaly as well
