script error on Windows client

One of my customers is having a script error on their windows client.
Error name is "iQuery" is undefined
and the URL being referenced is

https://selfservice.telone.co.zw/lib/datatables.net/js/jquery.dataTables.min.js


it also gives me an option to select if i want to continue running scripts on this page?

Hello,

Please you could you provide more information?

When does this error appear? What happens before it appears?


Does the customer have halcust? Are you able to run the client or the server?
