Integration with ticketing/helpdesk system

Has anyone integrated SERP with a ticketing/helpdesk system? I'd be interested to know what's been done. The only one I know about is Jira. Thanks.

Hi Paul,

I´m interest in doing it, I´ve used zoho projects, for some of my devs projects but Has a very slow UI. Zoho has a desk module I think for ticket/helpdesk.

Let me check Jira and get back to you, Do you want another module besides helpdesk, to be integrated with SERP ?
What kind of integrating are you thinking ?
