Is SERP supported on new Windows version?
Customer complained that after updating Windows 11 to version 22H2, all menu buttons in Standard ERP stopped responding. “File | Edit | Record | Vindu | Window” and perhaps most importantly, “Create” simply does nothing when clicked on.

Customer tried to reinstall client, but it didn't help.

What SERP version client is using?

SERP 2022-09-20 version was tested and works on Windows 11 22H2

Tested SERP 2022-03-03 version both standalone and server/client and not able to replicate issue.

Any one else has experienced such issue?

Not that I know of. I have only heard from this one customer.

This can be marked as done for now, customer updated again and the problem seems to have disappeared.

Actually a new version of this bug is SL>>Reports>>Periodic customer statement "accumulates" amounts Not sure why it was duplicated, I clicked "submit"only once....
