In my demo DB, there are almost half a million "University URL Cache" (UniversityURLCacheVc) records.
How they got there?

I have deleted them on startup. It took almost one hour 17:04:21-17:59:54 at a rate of ~167 records per second.
I can see in the 2023-07-23 version it's probably fixed.

Hello.
There was a bug round 2 years ago that some databases got lots of University cash records.
It was fixed later and we have not heard of a new systems with this problem.
The way to solve it in affected databases was to remove them at startup - what you did already.
