We have upgraded to the newer version and clients are being disconnected randomly. Nothing interesting i the logs.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Please try to repeat this in a test environment. And, please try in a newer version. This, i have not seen myself, so if you can do a bugreport for now

Good day

We are experiencing the same issue with. This happens with different Customers, different sites, different environments.
I have managed to replicate this repeatedly by tabbing through multiple windows and copying and pasting.

I will try to replicate this with Sample in a server-client environment.

This is mainly Linux Server and Windows/MacOS clients.

It is very random, no idea how to replicate with sample, unless have 10 users connected and doing ramdom things to wait until it crashes.
It crashed today with the same "exception on fd" in the server log.
I have tried to look in the Event Viewer, but there was no log item for this crash.

A random idea: could we get a build with MS Edge WebView disabled or ability to disable it in the parameters.txt?

Hi there,

Proving to be slightly more difficult with Sample.
However, it is quite evident there is an issue if there are so many different installations having the same issue.

Have one more idea to try in Sample.

"Exception on fd" means the connection with the client has disappeared so we will automatically log off the client. Let me dig a bit on how MS Edge WebView can be the cause of the crash and if it is the culprit, take it up.

I have feedback on this issue. Work was done on it and we expect it fixed in the dated Christmas version or later.
