Is there any documentation on the Telephony module? We use a version of Asterisk, I have managed to get Hansa to log in to the manager interface but it does not make calls. There are a lot more settings/registers than there used to be in older versions.

there is also a webinar and a training material based on version 8.0 for "Standard ERP - Communication Centre", where you can find some info about Asterisk and setup in the Telephony module.

You need to go to: Education >> Training Materials for Standard ERP >> follow the link posted there >> Standard ERP - Communication Centre >> and at the end you will see buttons to watch the webinar or to download the material in PDF (please remember you have to be logged in to see those buttons).

Please write this as a wish. I see that we should add support for version 13 as this has the furthest end-of-life date. Potentially we could add support for other newer versions as well, but we still need a wish for that
