Script to restart HW on server reboot
8-24-20
Operating system: macOS
Customer runs on Mac server, Catalina.

Customer already has a script to automatically restart server if/when it goes down.

Has anyone written a script they can share with me to get HW to be run on such a restart? I assume this needs to start Terminal, then be fed the change directory and application commands.

I'm looking at launchd, but it's hard to work out. I'm also wondering whether I can use Automator.

Hello

In cases like these, HansaWorld recommends installing our cloud node functionality. This will allow the server to be restarted from the MyStandard Website. The cloud node also will automatically restart the Standard ERP server if it it goes down unexpectedly.

Instructions for how to install the cloud node can be found here:

Hi Stephen

As per the manual there is a command to restart the server.

Can I close this now?
