Is there any Hal function to encrypt some text using Triple DES algorithm ?

I need to use it in some specific protocol that requires to encrypt a signed text with
triple DES, RC2 40, and RC2 128

Thanks

I solved this calling OpenSsl aplication with RunProgram.

There are some CryptoXXX functions used in E-Invoicing and Amazon but theres no reference about them.
