A customer is using a Cisco BE6000 PBX. What is involved in connecting SERP to it, in order to use the telephony features of SERP (activity creation etc.)?

The softphone can connect to any SIP server (it does not have to be an Asterisk server).
The PBX connection contain the address of the SIP server, and the Person card contain the SIP username and password.
Of course in this case, you won't be able to manage the Cisco BE6000 from SERP
