iPad client crashing server

I have a customer on 8.3 2017-02-12, and when they try to log in on an iPad, their server crashes with the error:

Error in key UUIDHistoryVc:Timestamp
incorrect key used
dump of call stack
Error in key Timestamp

Is this a known issue? Will upgrading to the latest 8.3 fix it?

Hi Paul,

I was looking for something like that already reported, but I did not find it. Could you please report it properly as a bug in order to find a solution.
