Hi,
If we need a stop using one companies from the list(not last in list), but we don't want to delete it(maybe will use later) what we should do?
Or if we want to delete a one company from the list, but don't want to shrink list(because some functionalities works with number of string in Companies Settings, not with the company Code), what we should do?

Hello!

The correct way to remove companies form the list is to change the status to "Inactive".
This can be done through Companies button>>Operations menu>> Open Companies Setting>>Flip B>>Status>>Paste Special
A re import of data should be done to make the changes visible.

Inactive status will remove the company from the list of companies by login, but the data will remain present in the shared registers and payments for licence will still need to be made.

Deleting a company is done in the same way, just by choosing a different status. This will delete the company data from all the registers as well, thus influencing some of the reports etc.

Hello!

Thanks for your reply.
Change status to Inactive don't help(after reimport also) with the error when login about unlicensed companies.

My mistake. I don't read this:
"Inactive status will remove the company from the list of companies by login, but the data will remain present in the shared registers and payments for licence will still need to be made"
