I have a query from one of our clients, the function to download Backups do not work on MyStandard.
When we select: List of Backups > select file > download = nothing happens
Hello! After seeing that you are on an older version, you will not have this option. We are currently investigating and will get back to you with some possible solutions :)
Hi, from our analysis, we see that your connectivity to our cloud is intermittent, causing MyStandard to not be able to connect to your local server machine to fetch your backups. Please double check your internet connectivity.
