"window is blocked" message

Our client received an error message during import:
"window is blocked while licence is shut-down ErrorClass"
one more error:
"ErrorClass missing"
What this could mean?

Actually a new version of this bug is SL>>Reports>>Periodic customer statement "accumulates" amounts Not sure why it was duplicated, I clicked "submit"only once....
