SERP 8.4 no longer supports unokay of receivable invoices.

Today a client called in to complain that on 8.4 they suddenly can no longer un'okay an invoice.


We check the code and found that HansWorld has added HAL to deliberately prevent the user for un'okaying a Receivable invoice in Canada or North America.

Can someone explain why this is being stopped in North America and Canada.


Customer is not happy so I need the explanation in order to offer some excuse for why the application is not reliable across version upgrades.

Hi, No changes should have been made that would increase client's HDB file. Please try to delete HANSA.HDB from client folder and reconnect to server and check if it will grow to 30MB again. ...
