I think yes that they can be used as a purchase request,

But these 2 options requests to fill in the supplier name, and the department that generates the request may not know the supplier and he is sending the request for the logistic or the purchasing department to inform that we need these items,

So what is the options that can be used if person or the department dosnt know, or not responsible to assign a specific supplier? and he just wanted to inform them by the needs for the listed items
