sender's address when sending invoices

What is the proper way to set the "from" email address to some common email address, such as accounting@somecompany.com (not a personal mailbox) when sending invoices?

There is a setting in the sales ledger>>invoice mail settings to specify the sender's address, though if I specify a conference here I cannot see the these mails in my mailbox, I have to open a conference, even though I specify the same conference access group in my personal mailbox and the conference (maybe I have missed something here).

Hi Aldevinas

I believe the maintenance routine sends it from the current users mailbox. You specify the users email address on the mailbox identifier field and the person card.

Hmm, there are a few users, who can send invoices, we need to specify "from" address of the accounting department, not the personal address. Changing an email address in the person's record is not an option.

I don't think there is an option without HAL. I would suggest changing the routine with HAL to be sent from a conference.
