I cannot start the ver. 8.3 external gateway because of "not enough" RAM. What the "available" means then? Shouldn't the linux itself manage the cache? Isn't it an incorrect error message - http://www.linuxatemyram.com/ ?

after restarting the VPS server there is a lot free memory, but the gw does not start (exactly the same error message is shown). What to do?

Hmm, still no answer. We have a lead with CRM. I have no idea how can we demo CRM with gateway not working...

hmm, it looks like I cannot run an v 8.3 external gateway and the Standard ERP server on the same linux VPS. If I run an external gw on a separate VPS (Centos 7, OpenVZ virtualization) it works. Is this true?

Hello,
could you provide access >> maybe teamviewer to your non working gateway, that is on the same server with SERP, so programmer could log in. It might be a bug.

Today the same problem started to happen on another VPS server. So we cannot use gateway anymore on any server.Gateway hansa.log says:

But we have free memory:

total used free shared buff/cache available
Mem: 4096 473 2265 128 1357 3432

CentOS Linux 7.5.1804

Kernel Linux 2.6.32-042stab138.1 on x86_64

I believe this is a bug.

update: slave executable does not start in Windows 10:

event log says:
