With Standard ERP version 8.5-2019-03-22 v.85290113
user is unable to make shortcuts.
When trying drop an item to shortcuts window,
shortcuts background goes blue, but the item does not stay in the window.

Tested with both English and Finnish version
Server O/S is Linux
Client O/S is windows 10

How can it be fixed?

We haven't been able to experience this issue in this version.

Please report the bug submitting a text backup and describe the environment where is possible to experience this issue.
I'll be happy to verify and escalate.

Hello Giuseppe, It does work fine with English version (tested with the UK version of Standard ERP Linux Server 2019-03-22 Version 85290119 for Linux with equivalent version of windows client.
I can not find Standard ERP Finnish version of 85290119 , but version 85290124.
With that version (Standard ERP Server 2019-03-22 Version: 85290124 for Linux
Last Published: 2019/04/15 12:19:03, Package number 310571
Country: Finland)Shortcuts do not work - when trying to move an item to the shortcut area, it does not attach to it.

I've checked Lithuanian version it works. Have you updated your version automatically recently (when client downloaded updated files from the server)? Sometimes I have seen strange "effects" of updating clients automatically. Maybe some hobs are missing in the client. Try to copy missing hobs to the client.
