Can't find document message

A customer is getting an error message pop-up occasionally when creating an email from the payment window that says "Can't find document: REM_ADVICE".

Hansa will then create an email without attaching a PDF.

This is the same message you get when the form template doesn't exist.

However, the forms set to payments and payment modes are all the same as sample, so this isn't the case.

There doesn't seem to be any pattern to when this occurs - please could someone look into this?

And did you try to repeat in demo in latest released version?

They are using 85310413 - but it has been an issue since moving to 8.5

I have tried but so far not been able to repeat. The customer tells me it only happens on occasions, so it's difficult to replicate.
