crash while doing nothing

I did nothing and the application crashed (single user).
Before the crash the windows of SERP were blinking every ~12 seconds, I tried to record the video of that. After recording the video a minute or two passed and the application crashed. I have 2 languages english and lithuanian. I haven't noticed any language change on the interface, though it looks like the application is in the loop of changing GUI languages.
I have no idea how to report it.

Hello Aldevinas,

I consult with my colleagues and non of us ever saw similar issue.
"Blinking" happend only once, or every time you are using SERP? I would like to ask you, if you can send us log file.

Blinking happens every time starting up the program. After some number of blinks it crashes.
I have sent the hansa.log and the HANSA.HDB to our PM. He could not repeat it.
