Our own DB. Windows client, linux server.

CLient semi-freezes, had to kill it via task manager.

Why the client starts "Looking up cloud server"?
We have our own VPS.
Month ago happened the same.

We have customers who also deals with Client and Server freezes/reconnecting issue. For the same version - 8.5 2023-03-16

Looks like this is a version issue.

Is there newer version where are some connection fixes done?

so this is a standard accounts customer and sometimes it just does not connect to it ?

I our case it's not a standard accounts, it is Standard ERP.

Is it all clients?
I have a Hotel that runs on that Version. All windows, on their onsite server. So I doubt it is the version.
Can you send me logs on the Server and Client side?
