default.txt on creating a new company

I have created a new company in admin mode, linux server, windows client. After creating a company I found that there accounts register is not empty, because it is imported from the default.txt. After importing company backup (not the database backup) from another DB the accounts register still contains accounts which were imported from the default.txt. Is this OK?

everything is OK, chart of accounts was identical on all companies.
