I have a customer StandardERP 8.1 2016-03-31

On one particular client there are intermittent issues when running Picking Lists.

Sometimes the picking lists print fine. Other times it doesn't print anything or it can print and actually miss certain delivery records.

I have reinstalled StandardERP on the clients pc still the same.

Have tested it using other people's login on that pc and it works fine.

So could this be a problem with the person's record? I can't see how it can be though.

I have set up verbose logging on the client pc and every time printing fails we get a GetThreadRepCancel message in the client's hansa log

Hello.

This line of log

2017-08-24 09:33:08 CAH GetThreadRepCancel() = true -- PrintRpStrtJob(): g_pd.hDC==NIL

means that report was canselled. So we guess that what user see is part of report that system prepared untill it was cancelled only.

The user is not cancelling the picking document printing so what can be causing the document to self terminate?

Hi.
We suspect you may observe a bug. I will try possibly repeat it.
Can you please check one thing - if on Printing form or in Printing parameters they have checkbox Printing dialogue = ON.
