Customer has contract for 4 extra multi user companies.

When we submit for new enabler the value in the system is 4 (the old value) it should be 5.

there is a bug in system where you add in prior month for start in the next that causes issue

So We are adding the extra company from August,

If you check the last invoice it was not invoiced

Ok

We did add the extra company 22 June with start date form 1 July. See invoice 400179

Customer has been invoiced for July (1 month) and then 3 months (August-October).

We did try to get a new enabler this morning. Still same result. The Non-consolidated companies are still 4, should be 5.

This is still a problem. Customer received new invoice dated 1 september with the 4 extra multi user companies (total = 5). They have applied for new enabler, but configuration still says 4 multi-user companies.

Coudl you get enabler again ?
it should be fixed
