HAL questions
SendWebRequest error on startup

After a reboot we are suddenly seeing an error on startup from one of the HAL files:

Error 1:Unknown symbol 1:SENDWEBREQUEST


which causes the server startup to fail. This is code that has been working on the same version for the past year.

The version in use is SERP 8.3 2017-03-27

Other than enabling the Real Time Interface, is there something else that needs to be done to make this function available?

I can also duplicate this in a demo on the same version but it works fine on 8.4.

Hi support, this client is down and we cannot figure out why. Pushing the client to upgrade and hoping this will resolve it. It is the best we can do when support cannot even respond. ttyl

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to replicate it, so please report the bug and attach your demo.

Hi Giuseppe,

We had to take action and test the HAL on 8.4 which compiled. So we recommended an upgrade and started it last night.. After midnight, starting at about 3am the system seems to be looping and not able to complete the upgrade.

Here are the loops from the hansalog. Client is Vocalinks. THey have on premise with cloud node but log here for convenience. really need to understand what step we should take here. Thanks in advance.
