Why do I get message "Unlicensed hal primitived used" in latest 8.3

I have found it in 2017-08-31 version.

Have found that having level0 code where

-UnpackFieldMatrix
-PackRowFieldMatrix

and similar procedures/functions are used gives this message.

To solve the problem you have to comment out all of these to get rid of the message.

Hi,

We have exactly the same problem with version from Panama 2017-08-31.

We test it in almost every 8.3 revision and it only happens with this particular date version.

Have you receive any update about this? It´s a lack of communication that no one from HW response about your issue for more than 3 months.

For version 8.3 you need license for Real Time Interfracing.

For version 8.4 you need RTI only for first 7 primitives from the list:

SendWebRequest        RTI
SendWebRequest2        RTI
SendWebRequest3        RTI
SendRawWebRequest        RTI
SendAsyncWebRequest        RTI

SendAsyncRawWebRequest        RTI
SendAsyncTCPRequest        RTI

SetRecordBlob        no license in 8.4, used to have special enabler
GetRecordBlob        no license in 8.4, used to have special enabler
PackFieldMatrix        no license in 8.4, used to have special enabler
UnpackFieldMatrix        no license in 8.4, used to have special enabler
PackRowFieldMatrix        no license in 8.4, used to have special enabler
UnpackRowFieldMatrix        no license in 8.4, used to have special enabler
SetRowBlob        no license in 8.4, used to have special enabler
GetRowBlob        no license in 8.4, used to have special enabler
You should also check hansa.log for the functions that is asking for special license

Hi Diana,

Our customers are not using "Real Time Interfacing", I will discuss with our programmer if some of theses functions are being used but as for the functionality of "Real Time Interfacing" we are not currently using it.

Also, when/where did Hansa notified customers about this? This is always same thing, lack of informationa and lack of communications.

We, as partners, cannot be all time guessing what changes you as company made internally without notice.
